POSITION SUMMARY:
The Student Financial Planning Operations Administrator serves as a member of the High Point University’s Student Financial Planning (SFP) Office professional staff and reports directly to the Assistant Director of SFP. This position is responsible for the technical and operational support of the SFP Office and serves as a liaison between the SFP and the University’s IT, Admissions, Student Accounts and Business offices in the maintaining and continual upgrade of the various software systems utilized by the SFP Office.
