Assistant Director for Systems – Office of University Scholarships and Financial Aid (USFA)
Reporting to the Associate Director of System Operations, this role leads the daily operations of the Systems team, managing financial aid technology systems and ensuring data integrity and compliance. Responsibilities include overseeing aid packaging and disbursement processes, supporting system maintenance and upgrades (primarily in Ellucian Banner and Blackbaud), generating data reports and dashboards, and contributing to compliance and audit readiness. The position also provides technical support, collaborates with campus partners, and identifies opportunities for process improvement and automation. Limited leave availability is expected during peak processing periods.
