The Financial Aid Counselor supports the daily operations of the Office of Financial Aid & Scholarships while providing exceptional customer service to students and families. This position provides individualized counseling to students on all aspects of financial aid, including satisfactory academic progress for federal aid, state scholarship eligibility, renewal and enhancement requirements, and professional judgment considerations. Additional tasks include handling intake and follow-up with students and parents on items needed and/or incomplete and assisting with completion of verification of student ISIR data as required.
